Our history

The three brothers

The Crazy Pearls has its origins in an old photo from my childhood, showing Uncle Yuri, Uncle Dimitri and my father standing in front of our old dacha by the Volga.
The three brothers lived more than 600 miles from each other but they were in the habit of getting together once a year, whatever the circumstances, and they continued to do so for 50 years, despite the misfortunes of history.
Uncle Yuri brought caviar from the Caspian Sea, Uncle Dimitri came with omul salmon from Lake Baikal, and my father supplied the vodka he had distilled himself from the pure water of Lake Ladoga. He never forgot to bring some of Babouchka’s potato blinis, which had made her famous as far as Saint Petersburg.

Many years later, after many a business trip around the world, I felt the need to rediscover and share that feeling of fraternity and friendship founded on exquisite taste.

The idea of the Crazy Pearls was born: to create locations around the world where exceptional products can be shared in a refined atmosphere.

We select exceptional products from every corner of the world and prepare them with the greatest care, the better to respect their authenticity.
Our side dishes created by molecular cooking give you the opportunity to delight yourself with exciting new taste combinations.
