Beech smoked Norwegian salmon coated with crushed cohiba leaves.

This delicate salmon comes from the clear and cold waters of Norway. The beechwood smoke and its coat of Cohiba leaves mixed with spices give this salmon a unique and refined flavour.

This salmon is served with cassis Crazy Pearls™.
